Polk county has no obligation of any kind with respect to such information and is free to reproduce, use and disclose the information to others without limitation. Additionally, Polk county is free to use any ideas, concepts, etc. contained in such information for any purpose whatsoever.
Under Florida law, e-mail addresses are public records. If you do not want your e-mail address released in response to a public-records request, do not send electronic mail to this entity. Instead, contact this office by phone or in writing.
